These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through Kali Skin Co. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Kali Skin Co.

Kali Skin Co. is an independent UK beauty retailer offering a curated selection of skincare, body care, hair and beauty products from third-party brands.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products sold by Kali Skin Co. are manufactured and owned by their respective brands. References to third-party trademarks and brand names are for product identification purposes only and do not imply ownership by Kali Skin Co.

2. Products & Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product packaging, ingredients, appearance or formulation may occasionally be updated by the manufacturer. Customers should always review the information provided on the physical product before use, particularly where allergies or sensitivities are concerned.

Individual results from skincare, haircare and beauty products may vary. Product information is not intended to constitute medical advice.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once an order has been successfully placed, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors or stock discrepancies. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions and may be amended or withdrawn where permitted. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated dispatch times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Our Stylist Same-Day Express service is subject to stock, location and courier availability. Once a same-day courier has been booked, the courier charge cannot ordinarily be refunded simply because the customer changes their mind. This does not affect statutory rights where applicable.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Certain sealed goods may not be suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

7. Product Use

Products should be used according to the manufacturer’s directions and warnings.

Customers are responsible for checking product ingredients before use where they have known allergies or sensitivities.

If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

8. Third-Party Brands

Kali Skin Co. stocks products manufactured by independent third-party brands.

All trademarks, product names, logos and other intellectual property belonging to those brands remain the property of their respective owners.

The sale of a third-party product by Kali Skin Co. does not transfer ownership of that brand or its intellectual property to Kali Skin Co.

9. Intellectual Property

Content created specifically for the Kali Skin Co. website, including Kali Skin Co. branding, graphics, written content and original photography, may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks and product imagery remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, suspend or modify parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, Kali Skin Co. is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from improper use of a product contrary to manufacturer instructions.
